Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Aerowerx Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services or accessing our media, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these terms.
 
 
 
1. Services Provided
 
 
Aerowerx Media offers the following services:
 

• Aerial drone photography and videography (FAA Part 107 compliant)

• Ground-based photography and videography

• Video editing and post-production

• Virtual tours and real estate media

• Website creation and content development

 
 
Custom packages may be offered based on project scope and requirements.
 
 
 
2. Booking and Payment
 
 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your service date.

• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final content unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

• Payment may be made via cash, credit card, or invoice (Net 15 terms may be offered to repeat clients or businesses).

 
 
 
 
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
 
 

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total project cost.

• Weather-related rescheduling is permitted at no extra cost, especially for drone operations requiring safe flying conditions.

 
 
 
 
4. Drone Operations and FAA Compliance
 
 

• Aerowerx Media is fully licensed under FAA Part 107 regulations.

• All aerial services are subject to airspace authorization and weather conditions. In cases where FAA approval cannot be secured, an alternate service or refund may be provided.

• Client is responsible for securing necessary property access or event permissions.

 
 
 
 
5. Content Usage and Licensing
 
 

• Aerowerx Media retains copyright ownership of all media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for promotional, marketing, or personal use of the delivered media.

• Commercial use, resale, or distribution to third parties (e.g., for publication, broadcast, or syndication) must be disclosed and may require additional licensing fees.

 
 
 
 
6. Revisions and Delivery
 
 

• Standard delivery times range from 5–10 business days, depending on project size.

• One round of basic revisions (color, cropping, minor edits) is included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Media is delivered via a secure digital link unless otherwise arranged.

 
 
 
 
7. Liability and Safety
 
 

• Aerowerx Media will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from delayed delivery, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety risks, illegal activity, or client misconduct is present on location.

• Clients agree not to interfere with drone operations and to maintain a safe distance during filming.

 
 
 
 
8. Portfolio Use
 
 

• Aerowerx Media reserves the right to use any photos, videos, or materials created for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 
 
 
 
9. Confidentiality
 
 

• Any proprietary or confidential information shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

 
 
 
 
10. Governing Law
 
 
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be handled in Clark County, NV, unless otherwise agreed.
 
 
 
11. Agreement Acceptance
 
 
By booking services or accepting a quote/invoice, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
